Under the environment of the rapid development of network technology and with the rapid development of information technologies such as big data,Internet+,and cloud data services,the channels for college students to obtain information resources have become rich and varied,resulting in the gradual reduction of library paper books and the demand for going to the library has become less and less,which has led to a decline in the utilization rate of university libraries in China year by year.It is a huge risk of being marginalized and being eliminated for university libraries.The university library generally realizes this,and therefore places particular emphasis on the library's attention to readers,but ignores the care for librarians.In recent years,all walks of life have paid great attention to people-oriented management,that is,through various kinds of incentives to give full play to the core role of employees' management activities,constantly tap the creativity and enthusiasm of employees,and achieve management objectives while meeting employees' needs.Library management is no exception,because all the library's work must rely on librarians to complete,so the library can only adhere to the implementation of human-based management mechanism in order to enable the library business to adapt to the requirements of the times and constantly update the development.The library of art colleges not only has the commonality of common university libraries,but also has its own particularity in terms of the overall environment,service tenets,service objects,and personnel structure.Therefore,the requirements for library librarians are also different.Then,what is the difference in the humanistic management of art college libraries? What is the problem? How to implement? It is worth our in-depth study.This article takes the library of A Conservatory of Music as a case,starting from the perspective of librarians,the object of human-based management,through a questionnaire survey and evaluation of librarians' satisfaction with the library's humanistic management,and combining qualitative interviews to analyze A-music.The actual needs and problems of the humanistic management of the college library,and on this basis,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This article believes that in the current humanistic management of art college libraries,there is a general lack of humanistic management of libraries,which has failed to highlight the advantages of art;the traditional service model has led to the lack of personal service for librarians;The mechanism is not perfect.It neglects the individualized development of art librarians and non-art librarians.In response to these problems,this paper considers the countermeasures that should be taken such as creating a lending environment with its own local artistic characteristics;innovating the personalized service methods of arts college librarians;establishing targeted arts and non-artificial librarian education and training systems,etc.
