Deformation plan was a "abandoned baby" from Hunan Satellite TV.This show had been caused extensive discussion because its new idea—"Think by exchanging roles". But finally, it declared off the air after three years of struggling, because of the difficulty of programming and high cost. Between these three years, This show had been broadcasted four seasons, including sixteen "exchange roles" stories. At the beginning of2012, the show back on the screen, soon after the rumor of the "cutback on TV entertainment". The new season of this show is positioned in youth inspirational program, to deal with the requirement of the SARFT to prevent satellite channel "excessive entertainment and secularization". In this context, the show indeed efforts to highlight the moral education of young people, and to some extent, has aroused attention on the problem of youth education. But some defects, such as city stereotype, director awareness,existing in the program throughout, and always been criticized by the researchers.This study is divided into two levels to expand:for one hand, based on the analysis of the transmission mechanism of Deformation plan, surrounding the production and propagation of the show, trying to show the interaction between television media(producers), programs hero and the audience, and further showing the role and status of the tripartite in the communication system; on the other hand, this article attempts to study the roles reversed reality show as an entry point, on this basis, extend to explore "the television media power alienation"In this paper, the research also revolves around the above two aspects. On the one hand around the show itself:first of all, using content analysis, inductive analysis the broadcast time, the hero, the hero characters personality characteristics.program plot and many other from all programs broadcast from2006to2012,and then sorting out the data argument. Secondly, analyze the historical research about Deformation plan.including distortion meter academic papers, works and other text:using the Internet to collect the show’s all kinds of data, and fully understand a variety of perspectives from academia and industry. Thirdly, interviews junior high school students and their parents, and select at least20students,10parents to interview, ask their attitude on the Deformation plan, and sort and classify the interview results. In addition, aiming at the deformation meter "role reversal" show features, gathered and read the main ideas of the characters, the social psychology and other related disciplines, to support theoretical on the analysis shows the hero role exchange and experiences. On the other hand around "television media power":read widely at classic discussion of home and abroad scholars on "power","media power" and " television media power", collect and study of nearly one hundred papers, fully understand the concept’s connotation and denotation of" media power".On this basis, research television media power alienation.This study suggests that, in the interaction among Television, the hero and the audience, power hidden behind the communication status of the parties. As a typical representative of the show, the communication form of reality TV show clearly shows that television media has always been at the core of the communication system, and insists on controlling the communication initiative. In this unequal communication systems, TV media power is often close to commercial interests which took to the road of alienation, deviate from the social responsibility which TV media should bear and the professional conduct to pursuit the sound of Music.
