In today's society, film and television media has become an importantcommunication material, which can reflected the real situation of the community in thefirst moment, still can met make people's social psychological demands. So in thedemand of social background, different TV shows produce to adapt to the time. Butsince recent years, along with the form of employment has continued to rise, programsabout career is quietly appearing.Among these programs the most typical one is "job comes job goes", it is not onlya job market for the people to learn, or let people understand social platform, put allaspects of the image promotes gradually to the public, such as our personal charm, thesocial responsibility of the media, the public approve that a lot.This paper will take "job comes job goes" as an example, and made a deepanalyzes of the TV job market reality show from many aspects, such as moving, etc.also compared with the foreign TV job market reality show and analyzed, and thussummed up the program development situation, and confirmed the developmentsituation of the reality TV show in the future, in view of the program and the ideainnovation of forms of innovation, the development direction of the prospective realityTV show in China was determined.
