Study On The Countermeasures Of Serve Agriculture,countryside And Farmers In Hunan Agricultural University Libraries

China is an agricultural big country,agriculture,countryside and farmers involved in China's economic development and social stability of all aspects,related to the reform,development and stability of the overall situation.The agricultural university library is the public information hub and the important spiritual civilization communication base established by the state financial appropriation.It undertakes the important responsibility of teaching and educating people and organizing the propaganda of the literature.It is necessary for the peasants to get rid of the rich and the peasants' One of the important tasks of the museum,but also the future development of agricultural university library and explore the main direction.Based on Maslow's theory of "demand hierarchy",the theory of information resource allocation and the theory of mass communication,combining with the service targets and social responsibilities of Hunan Agricultural University Libraries,this paper elaborates the emergence and development of service of Hunan Agricultural University Libraries,Carry out Agriculture,Countryside and Farmers service content and the impact of agriculture,rural areas and other factors.On this basis,we conducted a field survey on the status quo of serving agriculture,countryside and farmers in Hunan Agricultural University Library to understand the characteristics and changes of information needs of "agriculture,countryside and farmers",summarized the information demand law of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" and the service three of Hunan Agricultural University Library Achievements achieved by farmers.At the same time,this paper analyzes the existing problems of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" service work in Hunan Agricultural University Library.Based on the situation of library itself,this article analyzes the concept of library serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers,employee qualifications,service funds and methods,Resources and service benefits.There are mainly four reasons for the problems: one is the lack of funding for library resources;the other is the improvement of the information literacy of librarians;the spiritual and cultural life of agricultural users involved Improve,management system imperfections and so on.Finally,the results show that in the new period,Hunan Agricultural University Library should serve the "agriculture,countryside and farmers" should establish a "user-centric" service concept;establish " agriculture,countryside and farmers" service objectives,improve librarian quality;Agricultural information needs-oriented "three rural" service system;strengthen the construction of agriculture-related literature resources,the establishment of multi-level information resource base and to "personalized service" to improve service efficiency,with a view to provide a reliable reference for the work carried out Based on this,the service work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in Hunan Agricultural University Libraries can be carried out in a reasonable,orderly and efficient manner.
