To solve the problem of "difficult and expensive of health care" has becomes an important goal at all levels of the government. The government of Guangzhou pointed out that the level of urban and medical security would be improved in2012. In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standards, the requests of residents are constantly improved in medical treatment and health requirements. The standard of modernized hospital not only has a high level of medical technology, also to be able to provide a high level of management and nursing. Therefore the construction of hospital is just improve diagnosis and treatment level, but how to provide comfortable environment and humanized nursing for patients has become the major tasks.As24hours service window, outpatient infusion room is an important part for patients to cognitive hospital, service, and hospital medical quality. It reflects the level of service and hospital management. The outpatient infusion job is busy, repeatability, miscellaneous. And the room is lack of nursing personnel to dealing with all kinds of requests. At the same time, the drugs are varied and the nurse is difficult to fully understand them. Those factors have increased unsafe of the medicine of outpatient infusion. The author analyses that the cause of problems has basically the following several aspects:1. Admission:As many patients take turns in the transfusion room, nurses need to manually fill forms of transfusion according to prescription and to assign seats to patients. That always leads to the forms norstandard and ineffectiveness;2. Dispensing:The artificial forms are often errors, illegible. So the nurses need to search for prescription and check the errors frequently. It greatly reduces the working efficiency;3. Injection:The nurses use the manual way to check the status and call the patient’s name, when the names are similar or similar pronunciation, it will cause check errors and medical errors ersily. In addition, patients often couldn’t hear the call, and nurses have to call again and again;4. Infusion patrols:If a patient needs to replace liquid bottles or pull out of the needle, the patient can only call out for nurses or family need go to the nurse station for nurses. However, the nurses may not reply them immediately because they are so busy that the phenomenon lead to the environment of transfusion room noisy and medical dispute;5. Statistics:According to the regulations of the hospital, nurses need to sign for confirmation in the every completed operation. But the nurses always forget the autographs and then it can’t track the responsibility when the transfusion errors were happened and statistical work cannot be performed.To sum up, three reasons is cause those problems.①Due to paper form, checking of transfusion information and calling patient are only be used artificial manner. It not only prone to errors, also makes the nurses work can’t tracking, statistics;②Unable to know, reply timely in the process of transfusion of patients lead to transfusion room order confusion, medical dispute;③Any job of the nurses could not be completed and recorded after leaving the station.With the progress of science and technology in our country and the rapid development of hospital informationization, hospitals put forward some solutions to solve the problems of outpatient infusion aiming at the existing problem of hospital outpatient infusion above. For example, an alarm device can monitor dropping speed. Automatic warning of the device could remind nurses of dealing with at the end of infusion. The system solves the problem of Infusion patrols, but the problems of admission, dispensing, injection and statistics are still existing. Electronic of management system outpatient transfusion can realize electronic admission and automatic calls, but any job of the nurses could still not be completed and recorded after leaving the station. All in all, the application of this system solves only a part of the problem.In recent years, the rapid development of mobile computer and wireless communication technology provide a lot of new ideas and methods for us to solve the problems of hospital informatization.1. PDA has the character of mobility, support wireless communication, rich applications, powerful database.PDA is wide used in agriculture, industry, office and entertainment. If PDA was installed the software of outpatient infusion management system, it can solve the problems of nurses that their work place is limited in the workstation. Nurse just carry a PDA could complete and record their works;2. Exchanging the data is not restricted by time and space with wireless network technology and users can browse the Internet anytime and anywhere. Therefore, the application of wireless network technology can make exchange patients information between PDA and database that storage the information;3. RFID can identify specific targets and read or write data, without mechanical or optical contact between recognition and specific objective. RFID is wide used in entrance guard card, the second generation id card. Especially in the food industry, many restaurants are install RFID systems and they were used to response the call of guest;4. Barcode has the ability to store information that is identify specified goods and the information is achieved by a specific reading device. Barcode is wide used in logistics, shopping, library. Thus, patient information and drug information can be made into barcode instead of form of transfusion. When nurses check the barcodes with the device, they can complete the task of checked information. This mean is guaranteeing the safety of patients.This article is using more mature mobile computer technology, barcode recognition technology and wireless network technology and combined with the situation of hospital outpatient transfusion to designed management system based on intelligent terminal. System designed to ensure that patients medication safety, improve noisy environment of infusion room, maintain the order infusion room, reduce pressure at work of the nurse, reduce medical disputes, count up data. The system is blends the ideas of modern hospital management and solves the problems of hospital outpatient infusion. The paper work and innovation points include the following aspects:1. The process of outpatient transfusion was analyzed and a kind of new process was advance transformation method based on intelligent terminal. And then according to the requirements of the new process, we designed the architecture and function module of the system;2. We analysis and reasoning the technology of intelligent terminal, wireless communication, RFID and determine the solution of mobile nursing; Using the technology of2D code designed to wristband and bottle label and solve the problem of information of patient transfusion checked;3. We set up the development environment and realize function module of system. And then running effect of system is evaluated in the third affiliated hospital of southern medical university outpatient infusion room. Finally, the article summarizes the content and research results. |
