A speed-sensorless indirect vector control system of AC motor is presented in the thesis. By means of the digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F240X developed for motor control, it can realize uncoupling of stator's current and the algorithm of SVPWM.The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:1. Analyse the mathematics model of indirect FOC system, study and compare the direct and indirect vector control systems, which are of the two control methods of vector control system.2.The algorithm of SVPWM that is adopted by the system implements speed regulation by control of magnitude and phase of motor flux. It can generate less harmonics in the output current of power inverter and less losses of AC motor, reduce pulsant component in output torque and raise availability of DC supply voltage.3. Fuzzy PID adaptive controllers are used instead of classic PID ones to improve the performance while simplifying the design of speed-sensorless vector control system.4.By means of powerful calculation and abundant function module of TMS320LF2407, the algorithm and the effect of SVPWM has been greatly optimized.5.Lots of experiments based on the design of the software and hardware of the vector control system prove the rationality and feasibility of the control system.
