In recent years, with high performance permanent magnetic material technology, power electronic technology, microelectronics technology rapid development and vector control theory, automatic control theory study unceasingly thorough, permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system has been developed rapidly. Especially with the high development of digital microprocessor technology make permanent magnet synchronous motor in the industry, agriculture production, home appliance equipment, transportation, and aerospace and other areas to be a wide range of applications. This paper using STM32as core processor, combined with FOC+SVPWM control technology, aiming at the price sensitive industrial control field, research and design a high-performance double closed loop exchange the servo control system.Firstly, read many of the relevant information, in the full understanding of the structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, established on the basis of permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model, and detailed analysis of the vector control technology and pulse width modulation technology principle and application, carefully calculated the coordinate transformation process of the related mathematical formula. Based on vector control technology the paper application of id=0control strategy, make the ac motor is as simple as dc motor control characteristics.Secondly, on the basis of the servo control technology theory analysis, the paper separately from the software and hardware set out on system design. The whole system hardware into-straight-the alternating pressure frequency conversion design train of thought, power inverter unit adopts advanced intelligent power module IPM.In addition, the paper design periphery connection circuit of STM32control unit, electric current detection, speed detection circuit and the auxiliary switch power supply. The software from system program and function module setting out make the relevant design, final designed the current loop and speed loop with PI regulation.Finally, using Matlab/Simulink built each function son module of system, and aimed to the double closed loop control system for the whole simulation, then based on the simulation results figure were analyzed and summarized. Finally, the actual results of this topic, fully proved the practical application value of the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control technology research based on STM32.
