Electric Actuator is an important equipment of the control system, which is widely applied to energy industry,chemical industry and metallurgy industry. In recent years,with the development of controlling technology , electronic technology and microprocessor,the frequency electric actuator with advanced frequency conversion control technology and high-speed microprocessors becomes the mainstream developing aspect of current electric actuator owing to its excellent controllability.This subject is supported by the key project of Shanxi Electric Power Research & Design Institute (Localized research and System integration of imported SIPOS electric actuator).In the study of vector control technology and SVPWM inverter technology,we design an electric actuator system based on DSP-TMS320F2812 from TI company.The works in this paper are listed as follows:(1) The development states of electric actuator in domestic and overseas are briefly introduced.According to the development of frequency conversion control technology,we put forward the control strategy and design requirements of electric actuator and give the overall structure module.(2) Using vector control theory and coordinate transformation,we analyze the mathematical model of vector control under the condition of rotor field-orientation,and realizethe decoupling for stator current.The control for asynchronous motor is theoretically simplified,and the control effect which is similar to DC electric machine is obtained.Then,system control scheme for SVPWM vector control is established by combining vector control and SVPWM vector modulation inverter technology.(3) Hardware circuit of electric actuator is designed,which contains DSP processor and peripheral circuitprofibus-DP communication circuit ;human-computer exchange control circuit;inverter control circuit;power monitored circuit;temperature circuit;bus current and torque detection circuit; anti-jamming circuit;switching power circuit;potential circuit and so on. The hardware circuit of electric actuator provides a good hardware platform for the realization of the overall system.(4) According to hardware circuit, the system-control program is devised,which contains system main rountine;PWM interrupt service routine;rotational speed sampling routine;digital PI regulation;SVPWM implementation routine;fault interrupt service routineand so on.It realizes the functions like Frequency control of the system by the control software program. (5) we test the prototype,then using an oscilloscope,we observe and record control system-related signal waveforms,last we analyze the recorded waveform and test results of the prototype.The results show that the system which uses the SVPWM vector control program achieves the desired functionality.
