Direct Torque Control (DTC) is a new method of AC asynchronous motor control, arising after vector control. It does not depend on linearization and uncoupling of mathematical models of system, resolves the problem of the control of AC asynchronous motor by the way of nonlinear control directly. Having the properties of control thought newly and originally, control structure simply and control method directly, DTC is a AC control method with high static and dynamic performance.This paper is concentrated on the problem of torque and stator flux linkage wide fluctuation .in traditional DTC and raises a new control method, which combine space vector modulation, fuzzy-neural network and DTC. To reduce the torque and the stator flux linkage fluctuation, this method based on the variation of flux linkage of motor's stator, the variation of torque and the position of motor's stator, gets a anticipant space vector of arbitrary phase by using the fuzzy-neural network, and then finds the optimal method to control the state of inverter switch by combined with space vector modulation.Based on analyzing the principle of DTC and fuzzy-neural network and combined with space vector modulation, the system of fuzzy-neural network of DTC is structured, and the structure and parameters of fuzzy-neural network, is designed. The simulink platform of traditional DTC system and fuzzy-neural network DTC system is built using the tools of MATLAB/SIMULINK and the simulation is carried out. The contrast of the two results shows that neural network DTC system is able to reduce fluctuate of torque and stator flux linkage and keep the static and dynamic performance. Based on TMS320F240 integrated test bed, the hardware linking and software programming and debugging are completed. In the main circuit, IPM intelligent three phase inverter power module is used as circuit of inverter; in the environment of CCS, C language is adopted as the system programming language.Comparing with the traditional DTC experiment data, the flux fluctuation is decreased by about 50%, torque fluctuation is decreased by about 37%, which improves the plan is feasible.
