Design And Realization Of Mobile Monitoring Platform Based On Real-time Database For Computer Room

With the development of computer technology, the server ’s ability to store and processinformation increases, the size of the room also expands with it. Computer room must meetthe requirements during building. As the same time, the server ensures stablity and reliabilityunder running, computer room environment needs to satisfy microelectronic devicesenvironmental requirements of temperature, humidity and others. So, real-time environmentalparameters monitoring for computer room is of importance to ensure the normal operation ofthe server.The actual computer room, environmental factors are changing all the time. It isunrealistic to monitoring environmental change by someone. For this situation, this paperdesigned a real time mobile monitoring platform for room. This monitoring platform runns inthe server room, collecting environmental data, sending sensor data to the mobile terminalafter process. Eventually mobile terminal monitors the room environment change anytime.The sensor of this design uses Zigbee technology, which is very suitable for short-rangewireless data acquisition applications with low complexity, low cost and anti-electromagneticinterference capability and strong features, multi-wireless sensors capture and transmit sensordata after networking. Sensors connected the gateway and the computer by serial port, datauploaded to the computer also by serial port, the data platform is for data management:analysis, storage, compressed data, and send sensor data through the network communicationprotocol to the Web Server, Web Server aggregated sensor data, the server operatingparameters as well as the broader market indices together, exchange data with mobile terminal,mobile terminal updates and displays real-time data.Web Server and the mobile application uses C/S architecture, the web technology andandroid technology are brought to this design, which greatly improves the monitoringefficiency, real-time data transmission, finally make sure the normal operation of the computer room.
