Real - Time Monitoring And Calibration System For Temperature And Humidity Of Environmental Test Equipment Based On LabVIEW

The equipments of the environmental testing mainly include temperature humidity chamber, drying oven, high and low temperature humidity chamber, alternating high and low temperature chamber etc., which are often used by the manufacturing enterprises, research institutes, and its main purpose is to test the products, in order to find the defects of product design and production, as well as compliance with the relevant standard technical requirements or product specification requirements. Therefore, the calibration of the equipments of the environmental testing are particularly important, the performance parameters of temperature and humidity are very important parameters.Most calibration institutions calibrate the temperature and humidity of the test chamber, the features and specifications of various calibration standard device are relatively fixed, the user can not change the software features and a large amount of the late data processing computationally, likely to cause human error, for a large number of the calibration every day, the devices is difficult to meet the needs.In this paper, adopts advanced virtual instrument technology, FLUKE2635A data acquisition and the temperature and humidity sensor is composed of Class A four-wire Pt100platinum resistance. With the national standard JJF1101-2003as the basis, develop a real-time monitoring calibration system of the environmental testing of temperature and humidity. Its man-machine interface is friendly, efficient and convenient, to meet the measurement of general temperature and humidity test box and small space environment.Through this system of temperature and humidity collection, display, processing and save, print original records, the evaluation of uncertainty in the test results at the same time, solve a large number of the problems in calibration and test temperature and humidity of the test chamber currently, solve the phenomenon of the uncertainty evaluation of measuring.Because of considering the test precision, the system is subject to the constraints of the hardware conditions, it only calibrates the equipments of the environmental testing, whose volume less than2m3.
