With the gradual increase of the status of the audience, the collections of audience’views have been paid more and more attention by media. Therefore, the precisionjournalism, based on a sample survey, using social scientific methods of investigation tocollect the audience views has a rapid development in our country in recent years. Manydomestic media also set up special investigation centers, and open up forums to publishaccurate news reports. However, the precision journalism itself has complicated digitalprocessing, professional characteristics of the survey methodology. The accurate newsreports have readability loss in some aspects.The purpose of communication is that the audience accept the information. Thereadability of the report is an important factor to influent the audience reception.According to three elements of news readability, which is interesting, useful and credible,we can check five specific aspects of the precision journalism, including subject of reports,timeliness, style, genre and form. The natural defects of precision journalism will beexcluded in this study. After that, we find some specific problems on the operatingpractices of precision journalism in China. The reports are theme-sided class of social life,scattered style and single genre. About these, the study proposes some solutions from theactual operational level.In this paper, the content analysis method, the audience receive psychological andjournalistic objectivity are been used. In accordance with the three elements of newsreadability, the study builds a research framework.The first part is the introduction of research, which including the origin, the relevantliterature and research significance. The second part is the study design, depended on threeelements of news readability. We establish a research framework and select the "ChinaYouth Daily","Liberation Daily","Oriental Morning Post","NanFang Daily" and "Southern Metropolis Daily " for the study. The third part is the results of the study, whichsummarizes the loss of the news readability from five aspects. The analysis of the resultsis from the forth part and the fifth part. Depended on the specific problems in the lastchapter, we analyze the object and subject factors. What’s more, we also point out thesolutions to solve the problems and the new challenges for the precision journalism on thenetwork conditions.
