Design And Realization Of Urban Cadastral Management GIS System

Land resourse is essential part of national economy and society, as a non-regenerative resourse,it plays more and more important roles in national economy construction and social lives.In recent years,with the development of the every operation of land management,especially with the completion of urban cadastral investigation, all kinds of data,map,text material is growing very fast making cadastral information expanding,and daily cadastral work became more * complex,traditional cadastral information management work can not meet the needs.so it is very important to develop cadastral managmenet software based on GIS.The main subject of uban cadastral management is spatial data and its property data,and GIS deals with the relation between spatial data and property data using topological knowledge and it can connect mass and complicated map information with its property information and realize graphic topological query and interactional query of propery data and graphic data, land transfer,right alteration led to the changeing of position,right,usage of land,such makes the cadastral data time-valid and legality. On the backround of developing urban cadastral GIS system, weintroduce the conception of Temperal GIS. which provide information of changing procedure for the whole as well as a single ancestor land in a certain time period and can make historic data appear again, lay emphasis on the research of storage,query of spatial data,region object recognization,spatial information conversion and manage technique,and have fineshed following work.1) The relational database model and shp model of spatial data2) The introduce and conversion of spatial data3) The recognition of region object from line object4) The graph analysis and management of ancestor land5) The historic trace ,reappear of spatioal data* and property data6) The integration of GIS and MIS > OAIn this paper ,we implement plan for uban cadastral manamgent GIS system and finaly realize it with VB6.0 and MapObjects2.0, and it is used well in some local-level land administration in Shanxi Province .The system is simple , economical,practical and easy to operate. The paper bring forward my own unique plan which has good effect in practice. The research result is also suitable to other MIS ,OA which is needed to add GIS function or historic data processing function .
