There is a rapid development state of internet of things (IOT) application area suchas health care, smart home, environment monitoring at present. The application of IOTcan replace a lot of task that need human labor at tradition by means of the connection ofthing to thing, thing to human and all the object to network. It has a positive significanceto save social resources and improve human living standard. Wireless sensor network is akey technology of IOT. It is a wireless computer networks which is made up of manyautomatic devices that distribute in environment. Those devices monitor physics andenvironment condition collaboratively through various kinds of sensor.ZigBee is a wireless communication technology that bases on IEEE802.15.4wireless standard. ZigBee alliance is an institution that in charge of ZigBee technologyresearch, development and maintenance in the respect of networking, security andapplication. Compare with the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, ZigBee has low level ofcommunication distance, complexity, consumption, communication rate and cost that itmore suitable for all kinds of complex environment of wireless sensor network.Firstly we analysis the structure of ZigBee wireless sensor network’s and thesoftware architecture TI ZigBee protocol stack (Z-Stack). And then base on the ZigBeetechnology we propose an IOT three-tier technology of wireless sensor network platformand analysis it’s hardware and software architecture. At last we design the health caresystem base on this platform architecture.In the thesis, we use TI company’s ZigBee2006and Forlinx company‘s OK6410-ARM11development kits as development environment. And use the IOT three-tiertechnology to analysis the functional requirement of wireless sensor network platform.And then we design the platform’s software and hardware architecture. In order to testand verify the platform, we choose health care system as an example. We firstly analysisthe system requirement and then design the medical sensors and fingerprint identificationsensor and design software of specific application at last.The health care system in the thesis can identify user’s identity through fingerprintidentification, and collect three kinds of physiological data which include blood pressure,pulse and temperature in intelligent and transfer the data through ZigBee wirelessnetwork and store it to the database of mobile intelligent terminal. User can use theterminal to look up their real time and history measure data. The terminal can also use Wi-Fi of itself to transfer the data to the network database by TCP/IP which lay afoundation to the further use.This thesis includes the following incretions:1) Use IOT three-tier technology to analysis the functional requirement of theplatform which separate the software design into two part which as architecture andfunction. It make the platform has clear software architecture, convenient maintenanceand strong application extension.2) The system import fingerprint identification function that users can start thewhole measurement just press down their fingerprint. The measurement is simple that ithas a significant meaning to the use of the old and the disabled.3) All parts of the system use ZigBee technology to communicate with each otherwhich benefit to the lighting, low power, security and reliability. It laid the foundation tothe further use of practical application.
