With the development of science technology and the improvement of living quality, the concept of people’s health is changing. Health wearable devices has become increasingly popular on the market, health becomes the hot topic that people pay much attention to. To the health problems of empty nest and the solitary old man, emerging in the process of our country’s population ages, this thesis proposes and designs a set of complete health care system.This thesis first studies the typical structure of health care system. On the basis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing research results, the system uses a three-tier structure design of "Health care embedded terminal acquisition system Routing system-Health care center server software system". Then according to the function requirements and the health care system structure, this thesis plans a perfect system implementation scheme. Final, for the system solutions, the thesis researches the key technologies, such as the physiological parameters acquisition, ZigBee network, GPRS mobile communications and Bluetooth Low Energy during the realization process.This thesis completes the design of the health care embedded terminal system and health care center software. The former part includes the PCB modular hardware circuit design and debugging of collection and router, as well as the embedded software system design of layered architecture. The hardware platform adopts the design structure of "STM32F207IG+ multiple sensor module", which enhances the expansibility of hardware system and follows the principle of design with the low power consumption, ease of using and modular. The embedded software system is divided into equipment function, device drivers, software interface and application layer, which reduces the coupling system. The bottom layer of the system with the open source LwIP protocol stack realizes GPRS network communication. The latter includes the server software and the Android mobile terminal applications. On the basis of thorough analysis of software system functional requirements, this thesis standardizes system communication and instruction format. This thesis designs the management system based on Microsoft.Net platform and Java Web soft system based on S2SH (struts 2+Spring+Hibernate)+MySQL. At last, this thesis designs the application based on android operating system.The health care system based on wireless sensor and mobile communication has been completed in this thesis, and has normally run for a long time. Each function module of the system is well, and the overall performance is stable, which meet the design requirements.
