With the development and renewal of the construction of informational weaponequipment, people put forward newer and higher requirement to meet the technicalguarantee of equipment, and at the same time, the technical merit and the maintainingwork efficiency of the measuring and maintaining should be improved, especiallypeople put forward new research subject to the maintaining transportation of theairplanes and flexible and military operating protection and maintaining. In order toadapted to the actual requirement which locomotive troops are at regularly inspection ofthe electronically equipment of the airplanes, the testing of the function and themaintaining according to different situation, improve ulteriorly the detection andmaintaining level and work efficiency of the electronically equipment of the airplanes,raise the attendance rate and battle effectiveness of the airplanes, meet the urgent needsof the winning of future high technology war, people need special testing equipment tocheck the electronically equipment in the airplanes periodically in order to make sureeach parameter can be or be not achieving the setting technical target. In view of thecomplicated level of the electronically equipment in the airplanes. The item groupmanufactured the compositive test diagnosis system in connection with theelectronically equipment of the airplanes.The task of this paper is aim at the power control of the CTDS to carry out someresearch. Using advanced technology in the automatic testing system of electronicallyequipment electrify reasonably all kinds of instrument, not only increase the useful timeof the instrument, raising the veracity and the reliability of the testing, but also make fordifferent testing equipment to work normally. According to the requirement of PowerControl System of CTDS, a scheme design based on SIEMENS S7-200and KingviewSoftware is put forward. In order to satisfy the monitoring of voltage, currenttemperature and humidity, this system adopts SIEMENS S7-200and TD400C. In orderto achieve the purpose of automatic control and failure detection, it uses industrialcomputer and Kingview Software. This paper carries out the following researches:(1) Learning the interrelated technical material about CTDS, analyzing the task ofthe power control system which the CTDS gives to, training and learning some technology about power control system.(2) Analyzing the electricity logic relationship of the testing equipment of theCTDS, integrating the exiting power control system mould, drawing hardwareconstructional drawing about power control system.(3) The design of the software of the power control system, including theconfiguration of TD400C, the design of the picture of the configuration, the distributionof the I/O of the PLC.(4) The install and debugging of the power control system, including the making ofthe wire of the rear panel and ligature, etc.
