Research On Pumping Station Supervisory System Based On KingView Software

Pump station is an important part of iron and steel enterprise. Both product quality and safety in production depend on the normal running of it. But now in China the management and the control of pump station is still at a low level. It is an urgent task to improve the automation and management of the pump station.Based on Kingview 6. 0, a software used in industrial circumstance, this paper bring up a computer supervisory control system of pump station. In the system, we make use of DCS (Distributed Control System ), PLC and transducer technique . The system has some important functions such as signal collection, trend analysis, forecast alarm analysis, assistant function, help system and so on. So it fulfill the main need of user.The system can achieve dynamic supervisory and management for pump station and can improvethe automation level of supervisory .
