In modern simultaneous control system the integration of hardware technique of electrical control system has improved significantly, microcomputer technology is one of the chief methods. The real-site monitor with industrial control computer (as upper machine) and real-time control with PC (as lower machine) can realize two-stage control into the Simultaneous Control System of Continuous production line, which can rise the compatibility and accuracy of control system to a new level.Folio wings are the main works of this dissertation:1 , Since we adopt the method of digital closed loop system using the Microcomputer two-stage control, and using the primary computer control the secondary computer or converter through the serial port of RS485 directly, the remote control of productive spot has been achieved. Meanwhile, through the serial port of RS485 the primary computer can collect the control value of secondary computer, the running data of frenquecy changer, and temperature of control spot and so on. So the data sample and process have been achieved.The speed difference control of multi-motor has been designed in the secondary level of the product spot, it includes high accurate frequency that can be adjusted , digital closed-loop control system , speed difference circuit, display circuit all-digital stand and so on. Since the digital control has highly precision, it can make sure the accurate synchronal transmission of multi-motor has been achieved.2, Considering the nonlinearity and time-varying parameters that the winding device have had, the ordinary control system is not useful, so it adopted the Fuzzy Logic Controller algorithm. The simulation results have shown that the performance of this algorithm is satisfactory, In order to eliminate the static error; the thesis adopted a compound PID-FUZZY Controller in the last chapter.The two-stage control system based on IPC with industry control software had been applied to the oversea industry process widely. And in the domestic, this kind of control system is also being studied and applied. In this paper, we designed two-stage control system by means of KingView industry software. Especially, this paper created PID-FUZZY Controller, which uses the computer program to simulate the winding device feature. It is worth studying in theory field and applying in practice.
