With the increasing contradiction in the field of road transport of the coal industry,parking management problems that come from coal transportation have become increasinglyprominent. The problems appears mainly as coal enterprises attaching less regard to parkingmanagement of transport, backward management, low degree of automation and so on.Therefore to design a parking management system with higher automation, more reliable andclosely linked to other aspects of coal road transportation is one of the effective means tosolve the above problems.The project designs the overall hardware and software function of comprehensivemanagement system of coal road transportation based on the structure of B/S+C/S, andcompletes the whole database system build. Meanwhile, the program focusing on analyzingthe parking management system as the subsystem of coal transport management systemcompletes the subsystem hardware design and functional requirements analysis and designs aset of business processes related closely to the other aspects of coal transportation. By theprocess, it completes the control software of parking management, the integrated queuingsoftware in parking lot which the two software components constitute the whole parkingmanagement system. Based on MFC class library, the design programs use database access,radio frequency identification, license plate recognition, multithreaded, dynamic link library,serial communication and other key technologies. So as to complete the design of the barriercontrol, RFID reader read-write tags, license plate recognition equipment to identify thelicense plate information, redundant business processes, integrated display and automaticqueuing function.After the software system development, it fulfills the test section, a series of white-boxtesting, black box testing, and smoke testing and meet the overall requirement which isclosely related to coal transportation business with higher reliability and strength to the redundant processing. The system has been used in the Shaanxi XunYi coal transportationmanagement system which attains favorable achievement.
