At the turning point of traditional media sports communication transition, talentstrategy of sports media is one of the key factors Which relates to media transformation succeedor not Characteristics of sports reporter, such as responsibility, working methods andprofessional qualities, are greatly changing over the time. Reports’ tradition of the reporters canno longer meet the needs of sport media propogation under the media convergence.
