The rise of new media, represented by web and mobile, has changed the basic pattern of media competition. This change not only promoted the evolution of newspaper groups'business, but also accelerated the transformation of being all-media.This paper, based on the practice of newspaper groups, described the integration and features of "all media", which derived from media convergence. Using the three major newspaper groups in Guangzhou as reference background, the research combined the aspects of the pace and present of the transformation to all-media, to explore the practical problems Guangzhou Press are facing during the transformation. The study also proposed the paths for the transformation on all-media including the concept of innovation, change mechanisms, the industrial chain extension, the human resources strategy and other aspects, using other newspaper groups'experience as reference.
