Complex product manufacturing industry is a pillar industry in the country, with therise of informatization of manufacturing industry, many kinds of computer applicationsystems and management information systems are applied to the production andmanagement activities, gradually realizes "rejection drawings ", preliminary planning toguide the production, the local computer integrated manufacturing objectives, brought hugebenefits to the enterprise, especially the improvement of production efficiency. However,with the establishment of the information system more and more, the amount of stored datain exponential growth, existing semantic heterogeneity and structure of heterogeneitybetween each subsystem.Causing the data sharing is poor, and the system to the newlyestablished again carries on the structural design, data storage torepeat informa-tion, enterprises to bring great pressure data storage. At the same time, most of the complexproduct manufacturing enterprises are the project manufacturing enterprises, the mainreason that they are difficult to shift from scheduling model for planning control type is lackof effective project work breakdown, while effective project work breakdown based oncomprehensive management on the information of management elements, therefore, how tointegrate the management elements on the managed object standardize and collaborativebecome the key to solve such problem of enterprise. This paper in view of the abovequestion, proposed management elements of metadata extraction algorithm for complexproduct manufacturing enterprises, using the integrated management of metadata to solvedata integrated management, and finally establish management elements database, buildinga foundation for the subsequent integration and modeling based on the managementelements metadata.Based on the study of metadata and element modeling tools, a detailed analysis wascarried out firstly that the characteristic of complex product manufacturing enterpriseproduction and data management, aiming at the characteristics of the storage environmentthe main data source for the relational database, firstly extact the structure of metadataaccording to the relational database modeling, according to the information needs of theintegrated management elements establish management element information integrationmodel according to the MOF (Meta Object Facility), the elements of managementinformation feedback to the object description information(object metadata) through themodel of top-down, based on CWM (Common Warehouse Metamodel) standards to establish CWM standard management elements metadata, which can meet the application ofevery platform and integration needs, forming a bottom-up structure extraction, top-downmanagement elements of information cover strategy. Finally, in order to extract and managemanagement elements metadata conveniently, using relational database to storagemanagement elements metadata, using object relation mapping model to storage modeCWM-based object-management elements metadata to a relational database, established themanagement element element database.In order to test the work of this paper, this paper ends with a gearbox factorywarehouse management system as an example for empirical research, respectively from theextraction based on the structure of the database metadata, the reflection of the informationmanagement elements, based on the CWM standard management metadata standardizationand management elements of metadata management have carried on the example.
