Research On The Function Of "Dialogue" In The TV Program In The Workplace

From the TV program in the workplace reality show "The Apprentice" appeared in U.S.2004until now, the TV programs in the workplace have already last nearly ten years, especially in recentyears, as a new kind of program form, this kind of TV program appears in the view of the audiencemore and more, meanwhile, this new program also effects on people’s life more and more.This article will take the "dialogue" theory form the Russian scholar Bakhtin as the entrance, andcombined with Foucault’s power discourse theory, unite the knowledge of communication andliterature theoretical on the "dialogue" function of the TV program in the workplace for further study,discuss the influence of "dialogue" to the position of the TV program in the workplace, different useof "dialogue" formed different voice in different program and the role of the "dialogue" for theprocess of TV program in the workplace, and the influence on the audience and so on. Meanwhile,push the use of "dialogue" in the TV program in the workplace to other types of programs for the useof "dialogue", through the compare and analysis, summed up the important function of the "dialogue"in the TV program in the workplace and even other types of TV programs, provide reference ideas forthe following TV program producer, and also provide more broad thinking of the form study to TVprograms at the same time.
