| It is an indisputable fact that the trend of globalization is intensifying.“The Belt and Road Initiative” advocated by China is put forward in the context of the increasingly frequent and in-depth exchanges and exchanges between countries in the world.The initiative opened the new chapter of the world's development process with the starting point of the 2013 Autumn.As an economic cooperation initiative to build a community of human destiny,“the Belt and Road Initiatives” will intensify inter-state economic integration,and will inevitably lead to political mutual trust and humanities intercommunication between countries,which is essential for enhancing the soft power of a country.Culture is just one of the core elements of soft power,publishing is an important field to build a country's cultural soft power.Therefore,Chinese publishing is not only an important part of cultural development,but also a good story of China and a Chinese image,an effective way to enhance China's soft power and improve China's international power.The Silk Road Book Program is a typical example of using Chinese to spread Chinese culture to countries and regions along the Belt and Road.With the implementation of the program,the Key Translation Funded Project and other various forms of sub-projects are constantly filling the Silk Road Book Program.This paper taked the Key Translation Project Funded by the Silk Road Book Program as the object,and put it into the vision of international discourse power construction.It mainly started from several dimensions such as discourse implementers,discourse content,discourse modes,discourse objects,discourse platforms and discourse feedbacks,excavated the implementation of the project,divided,sorted out and outlined the implementation status of the project,and further explored the problems exposed by the project.Finally,combined with the interview content and other news reports and forum speeches,the corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed from the five dimensions of discourse power construction,in order to better construct China's international discourse power byimproving project implementation. |
