Up to now, in our country to further realize the air bearing test and application development, the quality of the production process of service needs whole life cycle management, construction project management is the primary task of database and standard. At present, it is necessary to realize the three stage of the development,production and use of bearings, which is the essential condition of the bearing engineering data management. In this paper, the design of bearing management information system based on life cycle is studied. This system not only improves the management chain, but also improves the quality control and data collection.This paper from the domestic research status of detection and application development, including the quality of the production process of bearing service three aspects of management, analysis of engineering database construction and management requirements, thus making the realization of the objectives and expectations. Secondly, the overall scheme and function of bearing management information system based on the whole life cycle are designed in this paper, which is based on the working flow and key technology of bearing engineering. Including the function of management system data,fixed installation data management, quality inspection data management, management of the factory data and management of application service data, etc. Then, this paper designs two databases, which are the basic database and the experimental database. According to the function module of the database, the scheme of the whole life cycle bearing management information system is designed in detail. The system manages the database,the standard and the standard database and the appraisal and the appraisal database and so on to constitute the basic database, the factory database, the quality inspection database and the platform test database and so on to realize the database. Finally, this paper uses Basic SQL development tools and Server Visual database, through the C/S development model to achieve the functions of access control TRBAC function, management data query functions and statistical analysis of data. This system is widely used in China's aerospace industry, and has a bright future.
