Enterprises realizes integrated application of purchase, sales, manufacture, warehousing, planning and finance, unification of material flow, information flow and capital flow by setting up ERP system. Scheduling system based on ERP strengthens the competitiveness, and advances the management of the enterprises so that brings substantial economic benefits to the enterprises.This thesis studies on the design and realization of intelligent scheduling system based on ERP in Gulf Security Technology Co. Ltd..First, ERP system and relevant theories are studied, including the development of ERP at home and abroad, development trend and detailed introduction to all the modules.Then, theory of ERP manufacture management system, intelligent scheduling system, and integrated application of the two systems are studied,including production management system of master production plan and material request plan, ability demand plan and intelligent production scheduling system program design steps, integrated research and constraint theory.What follows is the study of design of ERP intelligent scheduling system, including the framework, logical process chart, model design.Finally, the application and realization of ERP intelligent scheduling system is studied,including all kinds of basic data set. |
