My topic is based on the educational theory, designed a system using computer and internet technology, database technology as the main platform to solve some problem which enterprises faced in there procurement process and display to learner with instruction mode. 1. Procurement mission also distributed more difficult to manage. 2. Procurement project implementation cycle, many aspects of long approval. 3. Tedious job flow, lagging behind the transmission of information it is difficult to guarantee the efficiency of the implementation of the project. 4. Mass procurement information.Procurement is a business activity which enterprises purchase something from the merchandise supplier. Most of the things the enterprise needed for operating activities are through procurement. So procurement is the beginning of Logistics Management. But nowadays procurement activity is different from ever. With Internet development, People daily life is inseparable from the network, procurement activities are no exception. In this time procurement being called "E-procurement" is different from traditional way. The design and teaching of Procurement system has become very scarce resources in this society. Most people want to learn the knowledge, process and design of E-procurement system through a complete instruction system. So the system come into being.Accompanied by the rapid development of information technology, enterprise managers become more concerned about the problem of IT procurement and service management. More and more E-procurement system's coming to solve the problem. About 41% of the enterprises fully adopt e-procurement platform. The use of e-procurement to make the procurement cycle from an average of 12.4 days fell to 3.2 days, the average cost of purchasing drop of 50% for average.
