Research Of Computer Test System On Gear Pump Performance Parameter

In this thesis the author analyzes testing characteristic and demand for gear pump test, designs one computer testing system to test many kinds of gear pump based on the National Standard.The hydraulic system of test bed is designed according to the using demand and the test outline. Aiming at the typical test circuit, the dissertation analyzes its designing idea and working principle. Based on this, all kinds of component that used during testing were selected rightly, including its types, models, technical parameters etc. In order to control its running of the test bed and manage the collected data, a management and control soft system was designed. The software is written mainly in the configuration software KingView 6.51, and MATLAB is used to draw gear pump characteristic curve, and by which all report forms and curve can be created.
