Management Information System can be composed of human, computers and other peripheral equipment and so on for the collection, transmission, storage, processing, maintenance and use. Through investigating and understanding the human, material and financial resources, equipment, technology and other resources which enterprises own. For the right decisions, and constantly enhance their management level and economic benefits, it establishes the correct data and it is processed into a variety of prepared and timely information available to management staff. System main task is to maximize the use of modern computer and network communication technology to enhance corporate information management.In this paper, contract management system development and function was introduced. The system is a typical small-scale information management system, including the following functional modules:the contract management, management of Party A, management of Party A agents. The contract system can realize the create, search in accordance with different conditions and change of management, Party A, Party A agents, and the system can also record the implementation of the contract and return to the situation.System is developed, using B/S/S structure design, the MySQL database server and middleware TOMCAT5.5. Tools and Dreamweaver is the eclipse and mysql-font.In the first this paper introduces the system development environment briefly. Then following the model of software development process, in accordance with the needs analysis, system design, system for system testing on the order, it introduces the whole system development process, and outlines the function of the system.
