| For energy companies,contract management business of its daily management of important business content,business process management services contract included in the more complex,for the achievement of corporate strategic objectives has an important influence.Domestic and foreign energy companies for contract management business of information technology have put a lot of manpower and material resources,and to improve the quality and efficiency of its contract management business by building information technology service management platform software.In this context,this thesis made a detailed analysis and analysis of the design and development work contract management information system proposed by Sinopec Hebei branch subcompany.Contract management software system is an important part of the company’s internal information system,office software,to achieve contract management,executive management,billing management and contract-based information management capabilities,the company’s management information in the process of important work.In the specific contents,this thesis includes six parts contents.Firstly,the study background,research status,research content,research significance is studied and analysis in detail in this thesis.Secondly,the needs analysis work of the software is discussed in detail,including business analysis systems,development goals,functional requirements,performance requirements,feasibility analysis.Thirdly,this thesis conduct a detailed study on the design of software systems,including the overall design of the system,function module design and system design work and database design work,etc.Fourthly,the development work of the system is studied and researched in detail,including system development environment,development of technology,the core function module development and deployment structure,etc.Fifthly,this thesis made a brief analysis for the testing work of the system,including test environment systems,test methods,test content and test results of the evaluation,etc.Finally,the summary and outlook work is studied in this thesis.The contract management software system studied in this thesis uses C/S network architecture,development technologies including.NET development technology and SQL Server database development technology.The system includes a contract,contract execution,contract settlement and system management modules,which could provide information technology means for the company’s contract management business,improving the company’s quality and efficiency of the management contract. |
