Design And Implementation Of The Construction Project Contract Management System

Since twenty-first Century, with the continuous development of social economy, the construction makes up a growing percentage in the national economy accounting and has become a pillar industry. Because the construction enterprises have been the concern of the whole society, the pressure of them is also growing. In order to meet various challenges, adapt to the new market environment, the construction enterprises should first do is to improve the management level of enterprises, and only in this way can make the enterprise develop continuously. The contract for construction project is a soul of the project, so if construction enterprises want to improve enterprise management level, first of all need to improve the management level of construction project contract.This paper uses the object-oriented software design thought, and combined with the research in the actual construction enterprise, design and implementation of the construction project contract management system in line with China’s national conditions. This paper mainly does the following work in design and implementation process:(1) Analyzing the background and the present situation at home and abroad of the system, and understanding of the design and the function of the existing contract management system(2) Study the key technologies used during development, including B/S structure,.NET framework and ADO.NET technology. This work will lay the foundation for the smooth implementation of the system(3) Analyzing the needs and feasibility of the system, and put forward the overall system design goals.(4) The system was been outline designed and detailed designed, the mainly work include the architecture design, the system function modules design and database structure design.(5) the system is implemented and tested. In the system implementation, implementation of the key functions of the system are introduced, through words, pictures and code method described in detail the implementation method of the system login, rights management, data management and contract management. Finally, through the white box and black box testing method tested the system. The test results show that, the system can meet the need of the contract management of construction enterprises.
