High-voltage dc power has been used widely in social production and scientificresearch,etc. The traditional high voltage dc power due to large size, low efficiency, harmonicpollution and other factors, is not suitable for scientific research and modern industrialapplication practical needs. Along with the development of power electronic technology, high-voltage dc power is an inevitable trend in the development of high frequency andminiaturization.This paper studies the domestic and foreign high-power high-voltage dc powerdevelopment present situation, introduces some electrostatic precipitation, desulfurization anddenitration high voltage power supply of key technology. Studies the high-voltage dc power ofbasic topology, introduce the whole bridge dc/dc voltage circuit. It implements continuousadjustable voltage, and puts forward the high-voltage dc power of the overall design ideas.Design of high voltage dc power supply is two level control theory, the former stage of dc/dcvoltage regulation circuit, after level based on the FM series resonant inverter circuitsconstitutes. The power of the preamp through closed-loop realized the voltage stability isadjustable, after level through the open-loop FM circuit to reduce inverter circuits switchinglosses, finally adopted based on microcontroller, the realization of the power of local controland based on mscomm with remote control, by using the hardware and the software ofcombining the mode and realization of high-voltage dc power over-current, over voltage, overtemperature protection, to enhance the system reliability.Articles for the system are respectively the hardware circuit and software circuit design.Hardware circuit includes: main circuit design, the design of control circuit, drive circuit designand protection circuit design. Software includes: the design of control system and designprogram flowchart. Finally plotted circuit control system, builds the experiment circuit PCBgraph, and through practical tests to prove the feasibility of the control system design.
