High-voltage DC power supply wide range of applications in the production and living way. Many high-tech developments are inseparable from the high voltage power supply as technical support. Traditional high-voltage DC power control method is relatively simple and more depend on the development of analog electronic technology, and compared with digital electronic technologies, there are some disadvantages, such as anti-jamming capability, less efficient and so on. With the emergence and development of the microprocessor, the power electronic converter control technology from the traditional analog control to digital control has become a trend. The digital control technology enables the control circuit is greatly simplified and can improve the anti-jamming capability of the system, control, flexibility and degree of intelligence.The article describes the design of a power supply for electromagnetic pulse simulator. The power supply is mainly composed of the following components:regulation portion of the rectifier filter preliminary, single-chip voltage control part of the DC chopper circuit, low-pass filter circuit, inverter, high frequency transformer and voltage doubler rectifier circuit and feedback circuit. The STC89C52microcontroller PWM wave is generated through software programming as the control signal of the chopper. The chopper circuit access low-pass filter circuit to output adjustable DC. This article uses BTS device achieve chopper function.On the other hand, The STC89C52compare the feedback voltage and reference voltage required, modulation PWM wave that is to change the duty cycle to achieve high-performance adjustable DC.Adjustable DC voltage input to the inverter circuit to get High-frequency AC square wave through the design of full-bridge inverter circuitThis high frequency AC voltage as the input voltage of the high-frequency transformer. Specific analysis of the development requirements of the high frequency transformer and to design a stable and reliable high-frequency transformer. High frequency transformer output connected to the voltage doubler rectifier circuit to obtain the required high voltage DC.The selected main circuit topology of the circuit design, given in the main circuit design parameters, including the parameters of the input rectifier and filter circuit design, the inverter, high-frequency transformer and voltage doubling rectifier circuit parameter design.Describes the control section. Completion of the entire power system software and hardware design.Simulation analysis and experimental comparison for the entire power system, the results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and design, also gives the test results and waveforms.
