Traveling Wave Tube is known as the "heart" of weapons, it has already become an important microwave part of electronic devices. As the core component of TWT, it is facing increasingly demanding requirements of indicators. Science and Technology of China in this area in our country is behind developed countries, hence research and development of TWT high voltage source system is especially important. This project planned to propose a TWT high voltage source with multiplexed output and low voltage ripple based on the foundation of known TWT high voltage source solution.The power topology is determined against characteristics of TWT high voltage source. By using a Boost DC chopper circuit to replace the traditional topology of Buck circuit; this article solved the problems of high transformation ratio of transformers and multipolarity of voltage multiplying rectifying circuit. Meanwhile, from the comparison of several inverter circuits and analyses of their advantages and disadvantages, the topological structure of main circuit as "Boost DC chopper + half-bridge inverter + step-up transformer + voltage multiplying rectifier" is chosen.This article also analyzed and designed other parts of the circuit, including the design of drive circuit, voltage multiplying rectifying circuit, auxiliary source circuit and starting circuit. It analyzed the important parts of voltage multiplying rectifying circuit in detail, proposed solutions for the output ripple and dropping voltage and other disadvantages, and determined the capacity of its capacitance through simulation. In the end, taking into account the multi-output cross regulation problems, it has completed the design of output voltage weighting feedback regulation circuitTo solve the problem of high output voltage ripple, this article studied two topological structures as "Filtering through voltage reinjection" and "Using float-ground linear power filtering". Through simulation and experiments, the latter is chosen as the filter program in this project. This topology is based on the high voltage output; linear power supply will float to compensate for pressure fluctuations. For parameter design of the "Float-ground Linear Power Filtering" topology, this article has conducted a more in-depth theoretical and experimental study.LLC Resonant Switch is added to the topology of power, so as to meet the technical specifications of high-efficiency power supply. This article analyzed the operating principle of half-bridge type LLC Resonant Converter and modeled it. It has also analyzed the impact of value K, Q on DC gain, and determined the parameters of resonant devices as well. Finally, the function of zero voltage switch in the circuit is verified by simulation and experiment.
