With the rapid development of information technology and the improvement of people’s living standard, people’s demand for the game is growing. More and more people tend to use mobile terminal to run game software. The games have gradually developed from the stand-alone version and the online version of2D game to the smart3D games which support the play between men and machines and the netplay among several people. At the same time, the bluetooth technology is widely used due to it’s low cost, high safety, easy to use and powerful function. The combination of mobile smartterminal with the Bluetooth technology makes smart3D game based on Bluetooth wireless communication technology become the mainstream in the future.This paper analyses and researches the related knowledge to the development of Android game, and the current primary wireless communication technology. According to the characteristics of the3D smart game,3D desktop billiards game based on bluetooth wireless communications technology is developed using the method that combines Android smart terminal, bluetooth wireless communications technology,3D game development technology, collision detection technology and data access. It can meet the needs for the smart game of modern people. The main work in this paper is expressed as follows:Firstly, the paper researches some relative technology of game development, such as the bluetooth wireless communication, Android development and OpenGL ES, especically bluetooth protocol stack, the bluetooth matching, the principle of bluetooth wireless communication and collision detection technologySecondly, the design of specific need of the game is complished, and the mode of the game is implemented. The game mode includes the single practice mode and the netplay mode. The switch interface about sounds, the help interface and the about interface of the game is realized through the Surface View drawing mechanism. The data between two smart phone is transmited via bluetooth to control the billiard ball. After that, the state of billiard ball collided is judged to determine a scoreboard’s score, and the message is feeded back to the both phone. Finally, the bugs of this game is debugged on the platform of the simulator and real machine. Through functional testing and performance testing, this smart game is proved stable and robust.
