Ruan Edition "Annals Of Zuo Justice" Collating Notes

ChunQiuZuoZhuanZhengYi, which was carved by Ruan Yuan, is one of the prevailing classical from the Qing Dynasty. Zhonghua Book Company and Yee Wen Publishing Company all have Photocopied Ruan Yuan’s ChunQiuZuoZhuanZhengYi. However, by comparison the two, we have discoveried that there are large number of variant words. Meanwhile, in order to find out the origin and development of this book, we referred to other publications or resources, such as Jiangxi Nanchang School reprinted one, Daoguang six years reprinted one, Hunan ZunJingGe’s edition, Guangdong Book Company’s edition, Jiangxi Book Company’s edition, MaiWangXianGuan’s edition, DianShiZhai’s edition and World Book Company’s edition. Than, we could explain the errors and the varied editions. Studying Ruan Yuan’s ChunQiuZuoZhuanZhengYi are of great value in emendating scriptures.
