With the extensive application of the Internet of Things (IOT) technology,traditional applicationmanagement model is significant improved. Wireless sensor network (WSN) as an information collectionside of the Internet of Things,the key technology again attracted attentions. At present,the urban publictransport management is increasingly becoming important for people’s lives. The intelligent trafficmanagement system takes advantage of the ubiquity of the Internet of Things technology,which makes themanagers to keep abreast of the status of public transport vehicles that can greatly improve the quality ofpublic transport services.WSN,due to the dynamic changes of the network topology,the computing powerof each node,limited power energy is leading to contracted communication ability. How to design alow-power,high computing power wireless sensor network routing algorithm,has become the keytechnical problems in WSN research.In order to prolong the survival time of the network nodes,and achieve the goals of low powerconsumption and high computing power,the paper analyzes the WSN routing algorithm,focusing onlow-power,self-adaptive LEACH protocol. As firstly proposed clustering protocol,LEACH protocol isvery important in the history of the development of the wireless routing protocol. The paper analyzes theadvantages and disadvantages,and improves a series of algorithms based on the model framework ofLEACH protocol,and analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the algorithms.To address the limitation on LEACH protocol and its modified algorithms for cluster head election,the paper uses the fusion optimization algorithm, proposing LEEE algorithm. The algorithm integrateefficient clustering routing algorithm with EBAC algorithms, using multi-hop transmission,changing theglobal shortest path to the local shortest path. Theoretical analysis and simulation results verify that ourproposed routing algorithm obviously lift the performance on several sides such as cluster head selection,network lifetime,network energy balance,and etc.This paper takes Zhengzhou GIS bus management system as application ground,the LEEE algorithmis applied to information collection network of public transport vehicles,and design programs and architecture of the system. The improved public transport management system is more effective.
