Pellet because of its good applicability and is widely used, especially feedingpellets can significantly improve animal growth performance. Pellet machine pelletproduction process as the most important one of the devices, the control performancewill directly affect the quality of pellet production, automated production systems toimprove granulating machine control technology to improve production efficiency andproduct quality of the key.In this paper, the current domestic pellet production line control system based onthe current situation analysis, detailed study of the production line control system themain features and key technologies. According to the actual background of enterpriseengineering, production line process proposed general scheme of the automatic controlsystem.The program control system selected company SIEMENS S7-300series PLC,configuration software WinCC6.0, using PROFIBUS-DP field bus protocol to build adistributed PLC. The control system of industrial control computer systems andprogrammable controller integration, modular, object-oriented programming ideas, feedprocessing throughout the application process Win CC system configuration controlsoftware monitor interface as a whole, while according to the configuration variables,global Script overall process control and other major equipment graphical interface hasbeen designed, realized through the pellet production line control software processcontrol requirements.The control system has been put into operation, with a friendly interface, stableoperation and easy maintenance.
