College Informationization Project Management Method And Optimization Research

With the rapid development of IT, the IT industry is currently the most widelyused one of the areas of project management applications. China’s IT industrydevelopment and the advancement of the University information system to stimulate thepromotion and application of IT project management in colleges and universities.Continuous improvement of the degree of college information, the increasingly richinformation resources, has brought a great convenience for the university’s teaching,research and management. However, inaccuracies in information technology continue toin-depth information resources increase, cannot effectively sharing and use ofUniversity information system projects in different problems. Therefore, for thisproblem, combined with the progress of project management research, this studyproposes the study of college information technology project management and resourceoptimization. To collect the pertinent research literature of the different enterprises inthe IT project management, a consolidated summary as a reference of the Universityinformation system project management. Use of project management knowledge tochoose the aspects of university information technology projects, and internalinformation technology project management methodology. Explore the factors in theuniversity information technology projects, and proposed countermeasures to establish aproject management methodology for university information for the university itself.Finally, the combination of project management in the University information systemapplication examples-a university research project information management system forconstruction projects, analysis of this study have more scientific and effective.Project management is a continuous development in practice a perfect science, andexpectations of the outcome of the research on this paper can provide some reference tothe results of the construction of the university IT projects.
