With the development of mobile Internet technology and applications,the mobile Internet is not only related to basic necessities of life for people living among brings convenience,but also a deeper and more widespread impact on people's lifestyles,mobile Internet applications today do not stay in the shopping,navigation on dinner,taxi and other aspects,more used in industrial,construction,government,mobile office etc.,greatly enhance the efficiency of society,but also brings new user experience,for enhancing the level of development in various fields with format far-reaching significance.In social development today,the mobile Internet in our basic necessities,all already have their own application market.How to improve service efficiency and level of university-related services,is the need to use the mobile Internet technology can solve.Because of information on issues related to business management College teaching book exist,college teaching book business processes This paper conducted in-depth research and study,the use of Internet-related technologies,refine business processes and management teaching books for college,and to be optimized.System Manage system uses the currently very mainstream J2EE architecture platform,using B/S architecture,combined with open-source MVC design pattern and MY SQL database design and implementation.Research and develop mobile client Application of Android and iOS platform by using HTML5 and CSS technology.College teaching book business management system under mobile Internet environment from another level of college teaching book business process management,and further improve the level of management and service abilities of college.The main work of this thesis:(1)Teaching books business processes in-depth analysis and optimization,reconstruction of university teaching business management business process,joined the mobile terminal offline inquiry,booking,payment and other functions point.(2)Review and improve the optimization of the university teaching book and consumer services,from the off-line to on-line to improve the satisfaction of college students and teachers of university-related services.(3)User Internet-related technology to achieve a stable and reliable APPlicable to materials management in the business processes and management systems,information technology and services to improve the university level.Through the implementation of the system tested in this thesis,to achieve college teaching book business management system under the mobile Internet environment,the rational system design,project design to achieve the intended function and other objectives and requirements.It improves college teaching book business efficiency and service levels,and also improves related service of university.
