The Design And Research Of Management System For University Teaching And Research Projects

In recent years,more and more industries are inseparable from computer information technology.The level and scale of teaching research in universities have gradually become an important indicator reflecting the strength of universities.The country's increasing investment in university teaching research has made universities pay more and more attention to their own teaching and research project management.The university teaching and research project management system not only optimizes the teaching and research environment and resource allocation,but also minimizes the costs of teaching and research while maximizing benefits.Through this system,we can enhance the strength of teaching and research,improve competitiveness,cultivate a large number of high-quality talents,and contribute to social and economic development.By studying the current development status of the university teaching and research project management system and the development trend of the system in the next few years,we have learned some advantages and disadvantages of this system.On this basis,we investigated the application scope of the university teaching and research project management system,made a demand analysis report,and finally completed the design and implementation of the university teaching and research project management system.In this system,Java language is used for programming,with SSH framework as the basic framework of the system,MySQL as the database management system,and Tomcat as the server.This system is developed based on the MyEclipse integrated development environment and B/S structure.Two subsystems are implemented in this system,one of which is the project collection,reporting,project subsystem,and the other system is the project process management subsystem.Among them,the subsystem of the project collection,declaration and project mainly realize the functions of project declaration category,theme management,project collection announcement,project declaration submission,project declaration management,evaluation expert allocation and project review process management.The subsystem of project process management mainly implements functions such as project status management,report progress management,report check summary review,open project management,online filling and opening check summary.Figure 23;Table 19;Reference 53.
