Development And Influence Of Chinese Popular Periodicals Digital Reading Mode

The development of journals’ digitized reading brings not only reading progress in the field, but also promoting the progress relating to reading. The way of digitized reading is the biggest change in the field currently.In the introduction of this paper, it combs the reasearch of journals’ digitized reading. Then it definites the concepts of journals, periodicals digitized and journals’ digitized reading. In the first chapter, on the basis of combing the development of journals’ digitized reading, it summes up the five characteristics of journals’ digitized reading--the arbitrariness, diversification, personalized reading,fragmentation as well as the interaction of reading, Then in the second chapter, this paper summarizes the impacts of journals digitized reading:(1) change the readers’ reading orientation, reading thinking, reading idea, and reading psychology;(2) affect the entire journal editing, including the transition from the "Editor’s center" to "readers center" of, the editorial activities depending on digital technology more as well as the identity change of editors;(3) change journal operation, just as updating journal management mode, producing a digitized reading platform and digital journals that are different from the old ones;(4) show a new feature of periodical reading culture, such as the emergence of the participatory culture, the unity of cultural integration and dispersion, the pursuit of sensory culture;(5) make copyright protection more difficult and so on.This paper argues that the adverse effects should be pointed out when we pay attention to the great development brought by journals’digitized reading.Its adverse effects mainly have:excessive worship of digital technology,the contents depend on technology; over cultural market oriented,then the serious culture weaken because of too much consuming culture, material culture;lagging journal operators,new journal operator model should be founded; more difficult to protect the digital copyrights.These affect the healthy development of the cultural market. In the third paragragh of this article argues that it can be improved.First,connect teconology with contents and found digital solutions of jounals.Secondly, innovate jounals profit model and establish the integral journal industry chain; Thirdly, guide the development of the journals cultural health with content and interaction simultaneously; At last, break bottleneck of copyright protection, optimize the journal development environment.
