| This thesis is to efficiently develop the municipal automation office system thatbased on the basic data and the administrative approval management. Through theestablishment of this system, Bureau of Municipal Landscaping of Minqing Countywill provides a high-technology services for the citizens, and improve the building ofthe information level for Bureau of Municipal Landscaping of Minqing County. Thispaper typically takes the development process of office automation system in Bureauof Municipal Landscaping of Minqing County as an example. The specific contents areas follows.(1) By researching three framework of J2EE (Spring, Hibernate and Struts aswell as Shark), the thesis looks for how to achieve a reasonable match that based onB/S structure of a municipal office system for in order to obtain a lightweightdevelopment framework.(2) This paper introduces the main system including the framework technologyin the J2EE platform, workflow technology, and UML object-oriented modelingtechnology.(3) The paper also designs each sub-module by module and the realization ofuser’s interface for Bureau of Municipal Landscaping of Minqing County.(4) Through learning the knowledge of the ER model and SQL and analyzingcarefully all the departments information for Bureau of Municipal Landscaping ofMinqing County, the thesis establishes a relational database system with spatialdatabases by using Oracle9i.(5) This paper also explores the key technical issues to the implementation of thesystem, including the MIS coding, report printing, modeling in workflow, initializationand operational approval.Through the introduction of the above knowledge and the development of thisspecific instance of the office automation system in Bureau of Municipal Landscapingof Minqing County, this thesis discusses the development process and realization of adatabase information system and the test of the system. Facts have shown that it is reasonable to choose SSHS as a lightweight framework to this project. |
