The Design And Implementation Of Office Management System Based On Lightweight Workflow

Nowadays, traditional workflow management systems have different aspects which lead to over development in enterprise, because of the complication of the application of workflow engines, the irregularity of the engine's interface with the process modeling that engines are only able to interface with specific process modeling tools and the poor generality, translatability and repeatability. The goal of this paper is to give a solution of structure defects and deficiencies of traditional workflow management systems based on theory of lightweight workflow.According to a typical reference model, this paper brought up an improved lightweight workflow. Focusing on this sort of lightweight workflow, this paper has done a lot of further research on theoretical model, system analysis & design and system implementation, and develop a practical"AG office management system"project which combines this improved lightweight workflow.First of all, the theory of workflow and Workflow Reference Model will be given, and follow the difference between the lightweight workflow and traditional workflow, lead to a meliorated lightweight workflow and interfaces after a typical lightweight workflow has been introduced.Secondly, functional modules of lightweight system"AG office management system"are designed. After that, paper analyzes workflow objects by a practical case, and divided its into three kind of model(including process model, organizational model and resource model) based on its logical relationship; and system data model E-R Chart will be described; a lightweight workflow engine is designed and implemented. In this paper, relation database technology is used to store the workflow model and the workflow relative data.Finally, the paper gives the implementation of two parts of office management system, including document flow and system access, especially document flow; and system functional testing will be executed, which prove the method of this paper is doable.In this paper, emphasizes on relative solutions of an improved lightweight workflow engine has been brought up,which implement on a practical project successfully. These characteristics of the workflow engine has reference price to the development of the office management of other companies.
