In today’s civil aviation industry, the market of various airlines is in bloom withfierce competition. These airlines actively strive for customers and win their reputation,no matter in company’s business and services, support from technology group or serviceexperience of high quality software. Obviously, Direct Sales is becoming a key marketchannel for development and growth of airlines as also the inevitable trend of thedevelopment of civil aviation industry. In one hand, Direct Sales can cut down the costbrought via agent commission. In the other hand, for airlines, Direct Sales is the mostdirect way to accumulate customer loyalty as to establish airlines’ own customer group.The group customer, as the biggest part of the customer resources, is both theoutstanding one who bring high profits and important target of showing and advertisingcorporate image, thus, to get the group customers is particularly important. In the faceof increasing competition and dramatic change of e-business methodology,technological means should be used to widely develop group customers Direct Sales inmore areas of China even around the country. Meanwhile, optimizing group customersrelated services and products, to continuously improve the service quality of groupcustomers through electronic information development. Therefore, it is extremely urgentto create a direct sales plate for high-end customers markets and establish qualitysystems which centered in customer management and service.The group customer system discussed and researched in this article, is acomprehensive management system focus both in business management and servicesmanagement. This system will not only to manage the customer information andprotocol data, but for sales people, it can also follow up customer development progress,improve customer documents depending on customers’ preferences. Customers canmake business operation like flight reservation, tickets refund and date changingthrough call center’s representative. And some management function including airportDrop-off and pick-up can also be provided. The group customer system can beinteracted with more information systems, and update the data in real time, to trulyachieved information data synchronization and unified management. During the system design, the main research work including the demand analysisof the system user, architecture design, interfacial design, data base design, componentsand connectors design. In the process of the system implementation, ASP.NET、SQLServer、Ajax、jQuery technology were be adopted.At the end of this paper, it introduces the system of the implementation process,selecting a most typical interface rendering and showing a portion of the sample codes.It also describes the system test environment, method and cases, etc. Finally, the wholeresearch work of this paper is summarized, pointing out the characteristics and theadvantage of the system, And the practical application of the system are described andprospect.
