The conflict between the rapid growth of the world's civil aviation industry and the traditional way of non-automatic monitoring methods for air traffic control is more and more prominent, automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast technology provides an efficient way to solve this contradiction.Using precise GPS satellite signals and combined with more mature computer and network technology, automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast ( ADS-B ) system can tracks and locates the aircraft either in the air or on the ground accurately in real-time, and completes automatic monitoring and warning to avoid the risk of the aircraft. ADS-B system helps to reduce the spacing of the aircraft, which can increase the flight capacity and the utilization of the airspace and airports. ADS-B system can effectively improve the air traffic control command and management level, ensure the safety of flight training, and improve the monitoring level of air traffic control and tower command. Compared with traditional control and radar control technologies, ADS-B technology has the obvious advantage of low cost, high accuracy, strong monitoring and so on. ADS-B technology has a wide range of applications in air traffic services of the high-density flight region. In recent years, many countries in the world Speed up the research and application of ADS-B technology. However, inn China even throughout Asia, the application of the ADS-B technology is blank.Research on key technologies of civil aviation management system has been done in this paper. The main work of this thesis is to develop application software applicable to ADS-B system.Based on a comprehensive understanding of hardware, hardware functions and data flow processes of hardware system for ADS-B system, positioning data receiving format and information extraction process analysis are carried out in this paper. Combined with active movement of aircraft characteristics, flight data analysis is carried out. Requirements analysis and preliminary design about critical software in ADS-B system are completed in this paper. Airborne display application software, client and server application software of air traffic control are developed.
