Consequently, the charging models seriously hampered the development of our business.This thesis describes the BOSS (Business Operation Support System) concept anddevelopment of the situation, specifically on the status of Shaoxing radio and televisionbusiness operation support system. Needs analysis functionality and performance of thesystem and the system is designed in accordance with the goal of building of the onlinepayment system, use case status on the system’s top-level data, safety data, query data,design the data flow of the system.
