| The arrival of the 3G will create the infinite business opportunities for mobile operators,but it also will make the significant increment of complications that backstage support. How to control user's credit in time, reduce to the debt and lower the bad loan cost, control risk of business operating efficiently? At the same time how to give the customer flexible conversion of the pay mode, binding special discount of various business and a series of the value service? A real-time, convergent and flexible online charging system is the key of mobile operators providing all kinds of 3G services efficiently and quickly.This paper analysis online charging purpose of Shaanxi Mobile thoroughly and discusses the design idea and principle of Shaanxi Mobile's Online Charging System by researching present condition of the business support network in Shaanxi Mobile and development of 3G online charging in the nations, elaborates the total design of system from system structure, business function and so on, and then designs the real-time charging engine module which is the main module of Online Charging System in detail. The realization of system according to the idea of object oriented design and the software engineering methodologies, under the UNIX(AIX5.3) operating system, the ORACLE8i database management system, designs and develops the function of system services.Currently the system has already be used in Shaanxi Mobile extensively, and it is proved that the system whole design is reasonable, satisfying to expect purpose. An evolution direction of the system in future is given in the end of this paper. |
