Electric energy is relatively clean and reliable energy,and it has become an important driving force for economic development.The use of information technology to build smart grids and realize the user's power marketing management information intellectualization has become a common choice of the global power industry.Quick response to market demand,accurate measurement and charging,timely collection of electricity data,rich charging methods,improve the reliability of power transmission,security and economy are the development goals and purposes of power supply companies.This paper mainly studies the existing payment system and literature,and finds that there are some problems in the existing system,such as single payment method,one-to-one mobile phone number and customer number,no automatic renewal,no convenient repairs and so on.On this basis,the subject carries on the demand analysis,and designs the daily functions of paying for electricity purchase,charging for electricity purchase,electricity charge balance,the repair of report,blackout announcement and so on.In addition,compared with the general payment system,system adds some features such as third-party payment,arrears reminder,online video consultation,automatic renewal,intimate payment and so on.This paper introduces in detail the development technology,system design and development process of the online payment system of Yingkou Power Supply Company of State Grid based on mobile Internet.From the design of database to the design of program framework,then to the realization of effect display and system test information are elaborated in detail.The system mainly uses B/S+C/S mode for analysis.The server side of the system integrates Spring+Spring MV C+Hibernate(SSH)three frameworks technology and uses three frameworks to realize MV C design mode.The client side uses Android client and the database storage uses Oracle database.In the process of development,the database optimized to improve the performance of the system.This paper establishes the online payment system of Yingkou Power Supply Company,which realizes the mobile internet and diversification of self-payment of electricity charges.It helps to realize the scientific management of electricity consumption information and safety information.The system is a part of the convenient management system,which can simplify the process of collecting electricity fees and provide help for the operation of basic power equipment.At present,residents no longer queue up to pay fees,helping power companies to liberate the labor force and improve work efficiency.
