| With the rapid development of mobile communication and Internet, Mobile Internet has gradually penetrated into various fields of people's life and work. Out of many mobile Internet applications, more and more people are taking interest in the development of mobile e-commerce. Mobile operators, with their large number of mobile customers, have the most important foundation and advantage in developing mobile e-commerce. Traditional telecommunication services are seeing fierce convergence competition, lowering rates and shrinking profit margins. How to foster new service growth points, enhance competitiveness and profitability have become a pressing problem for mobile operators. Therefore, it is mobile operators'inevitable choice to break the traditional service framework, to build new service value chains, to transform a single communication service to the diversification of business operations, and to provide users with more comfortable and convenient services. As the core of mobile e-commerce and a basic value-added mobile data service, mobile payment is the top priority and primary aim of mobile operators. It is of practical significance for mobile operators to build a unified mobile e-commerce platform to support essential services and applications of mobile e-commerce, By using the mobility and identifiability of mobile phones and relying on their complete network facilities and advanced IT operation support system, mobile operators can offer mobile users with payment services for various commodity transactions.This paper first introduces the application model and current situation of mobile payment, analyzes the risk of mobile petty payment mode based on offline charging, outlines BOSS(Business Operation Support System) and billing mechanism of Hebei Mobile, and it also gives an introduction of the Diameter protocol used in the project.This paper focuses on the requirements analysis and system design of MOBILE PHONE PETTY ACCOUNT ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM in details. The paper analyses at length the need of mobile online petty payment service in terms of mobile phone users, merchants, managers and business processing, and proposes the system interface and system security requirements. This paper then comes up with a whole design plan for MOBILE PHONE PETTY ACCOUNT ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM based on BOSS, giving a detailed design of the system's network topology, logic, architecture, function modules, business processes and security prevention and control.This paper also describes the concrete implementation, system deployment, critical processes and an application example of Hebei Mobile's MOBILE PHONE PETTY ACCOUNT ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM, and elaborates testing management and optimization in system development and implementation stages.Finally, the paper summarizes the work on this project, outlines the application of online mobile petty-payment in Hebei Mobile and gives an outlook on the future research. |
